Mike Ray and Julianne Clark are Two Former Yankees.



With a background in sales and emergency services, Mike Ray started as a full-time Realtor in 1996 with Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman Realty in Burlington, Vermont. Within two years he became one of the top agents in the state.



In 2003 Mike joined Renaissance Communities as the exclusive representative for The Islands of Beaufort and The Retreat at White Rock Mountain in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He also sold and marketed The Greenbrier Sporting Club and several other luxury amenity communities.



Mike left amenity community sales in 2005 to be a Realtor in his adopted hometown, Beaufort. "Growing up in a military family then moving from college to college, town to town and business to business I never grew roots, until now. Beaufort is my home."



Julianne Clark raised four daughters while working in property management and drywall/painting contracting in central PA. In 2007 Julianne became a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Homesale Realty in Schuylkill Haven PA. "I finally listened to what everyone was telling me I should do, sell real estate. Wish I would have done that sooner!" Her energy and knowledge about the "sticks and bricks" of Real Estate helped her become successful in market conditions that drove others out of the business.



In 2016, with her youngest daughter in college, Julianne was able to make a dream come true, move to a Southern Coastal town, she chose Beaufort. She didn't have to miss her family for long, all four of her daughters, Mother, and brother eventually followed her to Beaufort. Beaufort is now their home town too.



Mike and Julianne met while working in the same office at Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners here in Beaufort. Both saw their individual businesses moving on to different offices at different times and as competitors in the same market. Knowing each other’s ethics, experience, and backgrounds, they saw an opportunity to join as a team to help grow their business and provide better service to their clients. What's better than one great agent? Two great agents! In 2019 they formed the team Two Former Yankees with Charter One Realty.
